Good evening. If you have a no show policy for charging. You can view the card details 3 times before the guest arrives and take a 50% or what ever the % of your no show fee is from the card before the guest arrives as a prepayment.
If you have a Channel Manger you can get the CVC number from there as they are stored and you will need a code from the guest emails from bookings.com that goes through your channel manger. You will view the card details there. You could Try Beds24 as a channel Manger.
As a fellow partner here in the Uk. Do you have a channel manger dealing with all your bookings from different OTA so you can see the card details of the guests and virtual cards are also stored on these channel mangers so you can take payment with the details from there.
Hi You could send a email after the guests book a personal email for example welcoming them to the hotel and make it personal to them. Also you could email them a 3 days before there booking to reconfirm all the things that your hotel can offer. text them in the morning of booking to ask for there ETA so you can keep your Check-in times database updated.
Good evening, You can use Beds24 channel manger as your suitable booking program as its easy to link to all the OTA like bookings.com expedia. You will easier see on there daily and weekly and monthly you will not get double bookings.
Good evening log into your extranet and look for the guest details on the booking. Click update reservation details and prices. You will then have a option to change the dates and the price the guest paid and your commisson will be for two days not three days.
Good evening Some of the Channel Mangers have a short time on how long you can view all the card details. If in doubt always check the OTA for more details or the guest email that is sent from bookings.com via your channel Manger for more information.
