blocked from booking without understandable explanation or contact possibility

I joined booking.com 3 weeks ago, received 8 customers and got a rating of 9.4 

last week i received a mail that my b&b is no longer bookable due to quality standards of booking.com (?), since then we can no longer be found on the app of booking.com and received not any booking. (we are not active on other booking platforms) 

The only explanation we received is something about locationverification ?? 

Can anyone help me ?
