bad review

We received an extremely bad review from a guest today We had a lot of problems with this Chen  , she left a mess and stole stuff from us . I finally got in touch with her after we spent 2 days trying to get in touch with this woman ( Chen ). I made her aware that it is not the intention to take things with you, nor to leave a mess behind. We got such an extreme reaction with all assumptions with code articles that we could conclude that this Chen is mentally disturbed.

We left it that way so as not to suffer further damage until we received this review on our list. We request you to remove the review as it completely does not correspond to the truth, see all reviews from all our guests (average 9.8)
