Booking payment and no email

Hello, 

yesterday I made a reservation true booking.com.

the location is in the Netherlands at Do,s chalet Baarland.

I paid whit ideal and the payment was made correctly as my bank account showed.

I never received a confirmation email and so I have no way of getting true any of the phone numbers as listed.

I did receive an email that said there was no payment received and that the 0 euros,s would be paid back to my bank account.

How is this all possible, I piad did not get an email and now we don't have our short holiday.

Can you help me whit this problem?

How can we get in contact whit you in the Netherlands without a ticket number? 

I like to get a refund or get this holiday.

Please, I hope you can do something about my problems
