Thank you for the feedback. I've tried something similar where I have an automated message to the guests stating that they must pay within 24 hours, and I provide my banking details. However, most just ignore this! The "Request cancel" link only sends them a link to cancel - but if they also ignore that, which most do, then I am still stuck with a booking where guest may not arrive and I cannot charge ...

I've done that. That's why the option is there for guests to "Pay Now" ...
But I want to take away the option to "Pay Later" and see no way to do that.
