Restriction didn't work for a booking

I opened the following dates: 02/25; 02/26; 02/27; 02/28; 01/03 for reservation at Carnival with a minimum of two nights restriction. But I don't know why or how, I received a reservation for just one night in the period from 26/02 to 27/02. This greatly interfered with the schedule I had thought, as now I will no longer be able to receive a reservation of 2 nights or more in this room. I would like to understand what happened. Can anyone help me?
