Unfortunately lately support service is too slow.
In your policies you have to add that guests telephone no is a mandatory.
Therefore guests have to add there telephone no when placing a reservation.

Once you receive a reservation it is confirmed you have to accept it you cannot decline a reservation.
Sync is not in real time it's better to do it manually!!!
