I am owner of Le Balcon des Jasses, a Bed and Breakfast in South west France. I start in 2002, and grow slowly to what I have to day.I love good Quality and clean, modern and good life.
I love cooking, and I offer my visitor a 5 course dinner, and the Best wine. And Im cooking almost every day. Breakfast are with home made bread, waffle be made when people eat, I make a boiled egg, fresh fruit, fresh Orange juice from press, and a seleccion Yogurt, Muesli, and of course coffe tea..........

Hi, it's a little complicated. Before we had a buffet with Continental breakfast, now we make breakfast, and visitors can from a menu order, and I prepare for each person. Its a lot more expensive and take more time, but its the only way to do it.
Its a problem for one night visitors, ass its almost non-profit anymore. I try with Booking.com to make breakfast NOT INCLUDED only FOR ONE NIGHT visitors, but the Booking extranet system cannot handle it.

Yes, close a day after every guest checks out, not possible. If you have one room; its possible, if you have more not possible.
It is more work for cleaning, disinfection, wear the mask, flowers, If sunshine its ok, to get fresh air to rooms, bedding dry fast.
I'm up to running only French visitors, many professional travellers, great, but I do not enjoy ass before.
Are you open, do you get control from the local hygiene department?

We do not have this kind of bookings, here many one night, most local people, some for two to 5 days, Maximum we ever had was two weeks. We do have a shared well-equipped kitchen, it's very seldom anybody uses it for dinner cooking, only for drink, coffee and tea. My guest almost everybody, make a reservation for evening dinner, and Breakfast. It is very socialised, people are together, in the Garden, living room or on the Balcony. Always a party evening.
French guest, always - Bed, Bread, Wine. No driving in the evening.
This year all guest from international are cancelled. Only French Booking and we are far away from fully booked, but it can come. Let us see.
We do it, but it's not the same at before.

Thank you Sergei, yes, I really don't know how to say, its new situations, very different than it was before. You know the French style, to hug and kiss each other, a way to feel we are -together- and welcome people into our "family". This is missing, talk to people is missing.
I don't know if it is possible to enjoy to run this Bed and Breakfast as we did before the Chinese monster hid us. (sorry).
To now, I had 9 families from the 15. Mai, and tomorrow two family. Now I'm looking forward if I get a rating, -higher than our 9.5 - I will report it.
I will be happy for some support to tear up, from the panel, let's start a conversation, as you say Sergei.

Coronation fees in connection with the reopening of our business. come fees at hotels doctor dentists and hairdressers.
What do you think about paying extra money is ok, we charge a little extra these days. Your comment is very welcome, how much is ok? Or is it ok?
