What did you end up doing here? I'm in the same situation, where booking.com is asking for ~$500 for guests that haven't shown up, and they've rejected all our disputes thusfar and threatened to send a debt collector. I've canceled all bookings, blocked our calendar, and been asking for them to take us off the platform but no luck.
