We want to explain about the cancelled booking 2986008411 with the mark "as no show". We added the new employee and he mistakenly pressed mar as no show. I was mistaken reservations. We will pay the commission from bookings with the confirmed accommodation of that reservation, but if it is possible please somehow forgive us just pleased us for this mistake and not to order to pay a fine for cancellation as mark as no show.
