Unfortunately, the properties can be under a single master account only for the benefit of you having an easier way to manage them internally. Currently, it is not possible to have them advertised to the guests as being under the same management umbrella. Instead, we would suggest you to add this information in the personal profile of each property!

Hello Hotel & Spa Rosa Alpina - Relais & Châteaux! Thank you for posting in the Community! In order to request a copy of your contract you can go to your Extranet account to "Accounts" taband then open "Contracts". There you will find a button available titled “Request” which will send a copy of your contract to the email address. Best of luck!

Non è possibile rimuovere una struttura in duplicato, poichè non abbiamo un procedimento che ce lo permette.
L' unico modo di scindere i due account, è di creare un nuovo log in name da:
Impostazioni/Account > Crea e gestisci utenti > Crea un nuovo utente.
Le verrà cheisto di creare un nuovo log in name, collegato ad un indirizzo email e seguendo tutti i passaggi, potrà scindere i due account.
