I think the tip is to provide details information when you send the request to Booking.com. Your property ID, the reservation numbers that is not paid and the payment issue date. With those information, Finance Team can then check the accurate information and identify the missing payment.
It maybe difficult for them to identify your missing payment if required information is missing.

No, I have not yet. But the partner support informed today that Credit Control has received my message and they are looking at it. Hope they will sort it out soon.
HI Marlit, The customer service mentioned to me this morning that partners in UK have not received the payment issued on 12th Jan, this is the known issue by Credit Control and they are working on it. Hope the information is accurate and the issue could be resolved soon. I have around £900 not paid from 12th Jan payout. Still waiting.
Hi Diden, I have sent many messages and the Partner Support Team has sent messages for me to credit control too but there is no reply at all for the message I sent 7 days ago. If there are issues of the system, at least we should be informed what actually is happening instead of ignoring us. That is extremly rude and no respect to your business partners, especailly when Booking.com has breached the business agreement of paying within 10 days.
I do not see Booking.com can go too far with this type of attitude towards your partners. We are your products. Without us, you have nothing to sell.

Yes. There were no payment problems with me in last year. Only the 12th Jan pay out did not arrive although it says has been issued on 12th Jan.
Same here. I received the payment issued on 19th Jan but not the payment issued on 12th Jan.
