I am owner of Le Balcon des Jasses, a Bed and Breakfast in South west France. I start in 2002, and grow slowly to what I have to day.I love good Quality and clean, modern and good life.
I love cooking, and I offer my visitor a 5 course dinner, and the Best wine. And Im cooking almost every day. Breakfast are with home made bread, waffle be made when people eat, I make a boiled egg, fresh fruit, fresh Orange juice from press, and a seleccion Yogurt, Muesli, and of course coffe tea..........

Dear Adamopoulou, yes it's not easy. I love to prepare dinner, spoil, serve our good Malbec wine, and I always have the habit, to sett and talk after dinner, with a Tea or Coffeé with our guest. It will be very different if we have to keep a distance, and other new roles.
Maybe it can work on a public big restaurant or big hotels, but To have visitors into your own home, and treat people as a part of our family, not easy anymore. In our Hotel area, we offer a shared Kitchen, full equipped, and if clients stay a long time, it's normal to prepare a light dinner or BBQ. We are in a small area, 8 km. to the Town Cahors, and only I have a restaurant license, but I can only have 12 people at the same time.
I'm not looking forward to opening....
