booking problem
Good day. Booking rented the same room twice on the same date. I have 8 available rooms and an apartment and the search engine shows 23 results available. The most booked rooms are rooms number 1 and 2. Please weld and contact me by phone ***.
Response needed by 3pm on Thursday 28th Jan2021.
Notice of Property will be closed until at least May 1st 2021.
Please change dates of booking or we will have to cancel.
Failure to reply by the deadline will result in cancellation.
Guest can request new dates on their account in main booking.com.
Change the dates of booking if you can if not direct PartnerSupport to do it or ask Guest to contact Customer Support to do it.
Now in Extranet Property menu > general> snooze property until May 1st.

By default setup, there is only collect on guest check-in date arrival.
So if you have not applied for BdC Online Payments, nor Payments by BdC, and the guest never turns up , then you will NOT get anything.
To add cleaning fee to the checkout by guest, go to Extranet > Property > Policies > Additional Fees. Set amount per Stay.
Also enable rates to be prepaid once you apply for Online Payments / Payments by BdC. or if you have an ePOS .

2. Instead open the availability calendar or the rate plans and reduce the cost per night.
or Create a promotion if only for a fixed date range of consecutive days.
