I could even add to every you said that Booking should block those guests from the platform. I had guest that glued pizza in my neighbors door, pee from our window (we have a video) screamed the whole night for 3 nights, broke a very expensive vase, left foot steps on our walls and lost our keys. This was one guest and booking did nothing. Its great for reservations but I feel us partners we only have obligations and booking doesn’t help and make everything they can more difficult like the payments.
Its not the wifi the issue. I have properties in 2 countries. They are in Brazil and I am in Belgium. Its not the internet for sure. It is the app. There are many other partners complaining about the same issue for over a month. Its terrible because the guest think we are ignoring them.
This is going on for a month. I already updated my ios, reinstalled the app several times and the problem is still there. The other 3 people da work with me are having the same exact issues and I have to send them the code to reopen the app several times a day. Its not the first time this happened to me. But before I reinstalled the app and was okay. Now doesn’t matter what I do.
I am having the same problem. I am not in my computer 24/7. They need to fix this.
