I have 2 Self Contained Studio type rooms so they eat in their rooms and prepare their own breakfast at their leisure or a time which suits their travels/trips for the day. ( these 2 rooms have the same foods put in their fridges as the other rooms). The other rooms eat a Self Serve Breakfast on the Balcony at a time which suits them. I lay the Cereals out on the table, make a fruit salad and place it at the top of the fridge with the yoghurts, bread etc and the jams, eggs and milk are in the door. I leave hot soapy water in the sink to rinse their dishes and put in the dishwasher or I do it if I am still at home when they finish eating. Some people take their time and eat everything in site and you wonder where the hell they put it all but then others eat and run.
Maybe you didn't save it when you closed the room. Call the first guest for the booking for confirmation. If they confirm then call Booking and they will help to find a new place for the over booked second guest. Maybe call the second guest yourself and explain the situation and get them to cancel.
Go to Property then Room Amenities. Room size will be there and you can change it easily.

Yes they are one and the same. I think Booking is much more friendly in many ways than others.
Booking.com send you the invoice with the amount owing and their Bank Details and you pay via internet banking or however you usually do your banking.
It's not Serviced so can't do that. It's named The Studio Apartment .I'm needing help to list it so guests are clearly able to see it has connecting doors to other rooms available for their extended family.
I don't offer a gift but I do ask what time their flight is tomorrow and do they need my Airport drop off service or would they like me to book them a taxi. That way I know exactly what time they will depart and the check out time can be mentioned if need be.
