Oh and I’m not sure if the travelers are aware of the tourist tax applied here in Portugal, it would have to be collected upon arrival. I am not sure if this information is provided by BDC so maybe I should mention it in the welcome not?

My very first guest says they left me a review but was not within the 14 day timeframe. Will this review ever become available on my listing?
I don’t seem to have a problem with the site itself and agree that the Pulse app is easy to use, my concern is not getting the inquiries I was hoping for and have yet to make any reservations through booking.
Any suggestions on what I might doing wrong, or what I can do to help my listing along?
Hey everyone, I am also new to booking.com and listed a property at the end of last year. I am reading in the comments about a code for address verification and am not sure what this is? I have not received an email with any code, does this mean my property is not available for renting?
