Booking.com needs to pay me but they invoice me whilst they are withholding the money. Note they collected the payment in full.
Its impossible to get access to the financial department, always callcentre. I cant even get hold of my so called contracts manager.
I have now struggled over 2 weeks with no concrete answers when i will receive my money.
Booking .com needs to fix their system so we as partners need to talk to people who are able to assist. These call centres accross the globe doesn't help much if they dont have access to financials or decision making. My bills are late, I am unable to pay my childs school. Please help. Rik

I waited over 3 weeks for a oayment in July. Now they are withholding payment for 2 weeks again. Saying my payment ia on hold and I need to pay them, but they have all the money. No assistance qt all from bookin.com team. Not amswering emails, if they do 3 days later, the answer has got nothing to do with my issue. I have bills and a child in school which i cant pay. Please assist.

Booking,com are with holding my money for over 2 weeks now. The payment before was with held for 3 weeks, I use to get paid weekly. My payment to me was due the 27th of July, the it jumped to 3rd of Aug, it then went to the 10th of Aug and now shows the 14th of Aug.
Now my payment is on hold due to unpaid invoice,
But Booking,com collect all the money and deduct their commission before paying me out so how do they want me to pay their commission when they have the full money that was collected from the guest since the guest paid them online. So they are earning interest on all that money too.
Nobody is helping and i need to pay bills and have a child in school. please help
