You can see the rate breakdown by visiting the reservation via the Reservations tab. Once you click on the guest name, you will see the Reservation details. Click on the section that has the room name and price. This will expand to show you which rate was booked by the guest.
Alternatively, you can also check your Calendar under the Rates and Availability tab in the Extranet and ensure that all rates are set correctly.
You can also check the Promotions tab to see if there are any promotions set up.
If you cannot find why the rate is not what you set, you can reach out to our Customer Service team by going to:
Log into the extranet and go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
On the right side, click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Select Reservations. Make sure to include the reservation number so that Customer Service can best assist you.

Preferred is another exclusive program that gives your property greater visibility. This is only available to our top 30% of partners and you must meet a set of criteria to join. You can also visit the Opportunity Centre in the Extranet to find an overview of what can help increase your bookings and revenue. The opportunities are tailored to your property based on an analysis on your performance.
If you are a brand new partner, you will need to follow the steps inour sign-up page. You'll also be able to set up your extranet login and password during registration.
After this, we will review your registration to check that we have all the information we need. You will then be able to access the extranet, update your calendar and adjust any other details. When you're ready, you can set your property live on the website.
*If you’ve worked with us before or previously started but not completed a registration using a specific email address, we’ll send login details for the Booking.com admin dashboard (the ‘extranet’) and a link to create your personal password to that same email address after we review your new registration.
Registering your property
To register a single property, we just need:
Your property details (including facilities, rooms, etc.).
Photos: you only need one to get started! You can add more later.
Payment details.
A signed Booking.com agreement (completed at the end of the registration).

*If you started your registration and want to pick up where you left off, go to our sign-up page. Click ‘Continue your registration’ and type in the email address you provided the first time around. We’ll email you a link so that you can finish the process.
Reviewing your registration
Once you submit your registration, we’ll review it and send you a confirmation email with a unique login name.
You’ll also get an email with a link to create your personal password.
You’ll then be able to access your admin dashboard (the ‘extranet’), where you can check and update all your property details at any time, including reservations, rates and availability and payment information.
If you’ve signed up but haven’t yet heard from us, don’t worry — we’re still reviewing your information and will be in touch soon.
Due to the high number of requests, the best way to contact the Finance Department is by submitting a ticket via the Extranet.
Once logged in, go to Inbox -> Booking.com Messages -> Compose new message. Make sure the topic selected is Finance and then select the relevant topic.
If you would like to temporarily remove your listing from Booking.com, you can choose to close out the availability in the Rates & Availability tab of the Extranet.
Alternatively, if you would like to permanently remove your listing from Booking.com, you will need to contact us via the Inbox tab. Once here, you will go to Booking.com Messages -> Compose new message. You will select 'Account' as the Topic and 'Terminate Topic' as the subtopic.
