Similar situation here, even if I live out of Cuba, the only payment method they use is via virtual CC which I haven't been able to charge since I started last October. I tried to sign up with Stripe but didn't approve the application, I believe for the many back and forth they always have with B.com, then I signed up with Square but as it also asks for the Zip code of the card details and booking.com doesn't give you that info the payment failed.
I have heard about Smile wallet but not sure because of the bad reviews posted everywhere.
I haven't been able to charge the VCC yet either, I started with B.com since last October and haven't been able to get any money from the reservations I've had. My rental property is located in Cuba and the only payment option they offer in my case is via VCC which I've tried to process through Square but the transactions failed. B.Com suggested me to mark the CC as invalid but this isn't possible.
Right now I don't even know which virtual terminal to use or if this is a B.com problem. I think someone needs to take action on this.
