You will need to contact Booking.com Customer service to discuss a reservation.
In order to contact us, you can compose a message via the extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there then click on See Contact Options > select a relevant topic eg. Account > select a relevant subtopic eg. Other > then click see all contact options > Message > write your message.
Alternatively, feel free to contact our 24/7 partner support team on one of the numbers that is listed in your Extranet.

If you are using a channel manager, check with them to verify that availability has been mapped over properly. If you are not, definitely check the settings in your calendar to make sure you haven't put up any restrictions. You can find more information on loading availability below.

I would recommend you set a minimum length of stay as suggested above if that is all you want. If you are trying to promote longer stays adding a weekly or monthly rate to encourage that might be good, or some sort of multiple night promotion. All can be added in your Extranet in Rates and Availability and Promotions.
