Hi MartinaMost of our guest are young and they love staying with us, but we have had a couple of old folks and they mark is bad because they are annoyed with themselves for not reading our blog, they rock up thinking we are a motel and we are a bed and breakfast..... not our fault that they are lazy and just looking for a bargain ?
Wow, I have just finished reading through all these messages. I dread the day that i get a bad behaved guest!We have been open now through booking.com only for 16 months now and the worst we have had is bad feed back from grumpy old people (who say they are a young travelling couple! What a joke)
So if they lie about that, then really, should we believe anything else they say???
I leave a pad a pen in the room for any feed back on anything, whether nice comments or things we could improve on for future guests. The grumpy old ones write nothing, just complain in their review, the nice people write nice things and great ideas, these we actually act on and thank them for their input, it has made us make a few changes since we opened.
So I just figure that you cannot please everyone, but I can please 99% ??
On arrival, all our guests get a small bottle of beer or baby bubbles. At Christmas time we left a box of chocolates wrapped up for them to open and over Easter we supplied Easter eggs for them. Our guests love the little extras. Couple on their honeymoon, we put roses in their room, a full size bottle of bubbles and I cooked them dinner one night as they were here for three nights. They went back to England overwhelmed with our hospitality.

I will, when room is empty, but I will tell you this, I got the bed online at one day. It arrived in boxes for me to put together, I thought I had been ripped off as how can a queen size mattress come in a very small box???? But once the bed was put together, I put this very small package on the base, then I slit the clear packaging and omg could not believe my eyes!!!!
It was amazing, and to be honest, I’m waiting for their next sale on beds!!!!! Cannot beat it, it is the bomb bed!!!!
I have been told that my room smells like flowers, that is because of the fabric softener that we use on all the bedding and towels, just beautiful smelling!!!!
I got mine emailed to me, but I also got the real thing in the post too!!!
Not sure how to put a pic on here but we got s 9.6 from the lovely people that we have had here over the last year, we have so enjoyed meeting all of them and totally greatfull that they chose to stay with us.?
