Their customer service is diabolical and has been for years, if I did not get a lot of bookings from them I would leave the platform.
They say they will get back to you in 2 days! NEVER. Absolutely useless.
I had a fraud case and they charged me commission for the booking which was cancelled due to non payment and when I tried to get the commission back they just stonewalled me. I had to pay the commission as they blocked my property.
Now I had a situation where there was a natural disaster in my area and I had no choice but to cancel a booking, I followed all the steps on their website when this happens then their customer service put on the extranet that it was cancelled due to a double booking which I am sure effects my ranking. They just dont get back to me about it. I wish there was some kind of resolution to this.
They removed the attached screenshot of the messages I received assuring me that the finance team are going to sort out my problem. I think it is against the rules to post a screen shot perhaps.
Hi, thanks for the information on how to contact Bdc, this is exactly the manner I have been using to contact them. Presently the phone line says they are unable to answer the phone.
I have attached an example of my messages which have not been answered since 8th July, why do they no respond to either the phone or messages on the extranet?
I am so desperate now I will do anything to get help with this.
I have disputed an invoice due to the guest doing a no-show. Initially I did it as a partial payment for the 50% deposit paid by credit card and this was approved. Then I was notified by the bank that the guest booked with a stolen credit card and I had to refund the bank the deposit, so I did not pay the invoice as I never actually received the deposit as I had to pay it back to the bank. I have contacted finance via extranet and telephonically and they never reply to my messages on the extranet nor do they ever sort the problem out when I get through to customer services on the phone and now my property is suspended. What do I do now?
I am sorry that you probably experienced the same... I must prefer AirBnb but they not as active in my area unfortunately...
