哪裡可以看到我的住客評語?

您可以前往後台的「住客評語」頁籤,了解顧客在住房期間所感受到的優點及認為需要改善的地方。

在此頁籤中,您可以找到過去 36 個月的所有評語,以及您的平均住客評分及早餐與 WiFi 等其他項目的評分。

頁籤分為三個區塊:

  • 住客評語
  • 平均住客評分
  • 其他參考項目

住客評語

此區塊會顯示過去 36 個月的所有評語,最新的評語位於最上方。對於每則評語,您都可以查看總評分,以及住客對各個類別 (如地理位置和整潔度)的評分。如住客有留下相關資料,您也能在此看見住客姓名、訂單編號與評語。

如果住客留下的是匿名評語,我們便不會公開住客姓名、訂單編號或送出評語的日期。

如果住客留下了評語,您可以點選「回覆」按鈕以回覆評語。您的回覆會顯示在住宿頁面上,位於住客評語下方。您可以在此處找到更多關於回覆評語的資訊。

若顧客沒有入住貴住宿或評語已顯示超過 36 個月,評語將不會出現在頁面上。評語會先從「住客評語頁籤消失,48 小時後將不再顯示於您的住宿頁面。

平均住客評分

此區塊將顯示六個主要類別(服務人員、設施/服務、整潔度、舒適度、地理位置、物有所值)的分數,以及貴住宿的整體平均評分。

查看每個類別的分數,應能幫助您更了解貴住宿的優點為何及哪裡可以改進。

整體平均評分是在新增評語或有評語被移除的 48 小時內計算得出的。

其他參考項目

您可以在此區塊了解住客對於早餐或 WiFi 等其他項目的評分。這些評分並不會特別影響您的平均分數。不過,這些評分可能會獨立顯示於您的 Booking.com 頁面上。

 

This tab contains a chart overview of the number of reviews per review score from the past three years.

You can also see all your reviews from the last three years – with the newest at the top –

and you can filter them by With commentsWithout replies or All reviews. You can also filter by review score or traveller type with the navigation bar. 

For each review, you can see the total review score, as well as how the guest rated individual categories such as location and cleanliness. It also includes the guest’s name, reservation number and comments, if they left any.

If the guest left an anonymous review, we won’t include their name, reservation number or date of submission.

If a guest has left a comment, you can reply to their review by clicking the Reply button. Your replies will appear on your property page, underneath the guest’s comments. You can read more about replying to reviews.

If a review is over 36 months old, it disappears from your Guest Reviews page first and from your property page 48 hours later. You can’t save or download the archived reviews.

 

This section shows your score for each of the six main categories – staff, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, location and value for money – and your overall average score.

Keep in mind that the detailed category scores are independent from the overall property score. The purpose of each category is to help you get a clearer picture of where your property is doing well and where you could make improvements.

 

In this section, you can see how your score has changed over the last year. You can also filter your performance by the sub-categories described in the Categories tab. In Your progress, you can perform a deep dive by guest review score, traveller type, country or topic.
