Keba Wilson 回覆 Tips you didn't know on How to appear high in search results 2 年 前 Property management k 3 BDC suspended my property due to invoices that .I mark as no show for They ask me to pay invoices where these guest didn't stay at my property Each month they send me a wrong invoice they sent a credit note back because I over paid September last month the balance that I should pay for October was $30usd . Had To my credit note after that they sent me a next bill saying I owe this money again I told this person did came to my House due to they did follow my policy to pay deposit first he add cridet card to booking I don't have option to get those information this when I ask guest to pay upfront before the time of my policy he did. BDC charge me for a bill where this person didnt stay at my property now they ask me to pay this guy bill and ask back to pay the credit note that i pay and this guy again bill to reopen my properly I paid it. Now they are saying again that money i ask you to pay. You have pay it again November 2 it is due. They reopen my my property no one call me are walk me back throu to make sure my property is the same. I send messages a partners of fiance call me an then been rude don't give the chance to take what you guys did is wrong she's keep saying yea yea we will sort it out of yes have goodday bye they let me lost thousands of dollars. And now my property page is telling me lot technical problem since they open I an not happy the way they treat us the host that paying them is not fear I didn't even know I should mark the credit card invalid if the person didnt say at the property 4day where this miss cacaultion
