什么是调解？

调解是我们内部投诉处理流程的扩展，适用于欧洲经济区*的所有合作伙伴和住宿。独立的第三方会作为调解人来帮助您和Booking.com找到解决问题的方法。该第三方将尝试通过让Booking.com与合作伙伴之间展开对话，就双方现有的投诉并达成一致。

* 这是Booking.com提供调解的国家/地区列表：安道尔、奥地利、比利时、保加利亚、克罗地亚、塞浦路斯、捷克共和国、丹麦、爱沙尼亚、芬兰、法国、德国、直布罗陀、希腊、匈牙利、冰岛、爱尔兰、意大利、拉脱维亚、列支敦士登、立陶宛、卢森堡、马耳他、摩纳哥、荷兰、挪威、波兰、葡萄牙、罗马尼亚、圣马力诺、斯洛伐克、斯洛文尼亚、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士、英国、梵蒂冈。

请注意：目前我们无法给欧洲经济区以外的合作伙伴和住宿提供调解。

重要须知

1. 调解适用于位于欧洲经济区的合作伙伴及其住宿。
2. 调解费用会在合作伙伴和Booking.com之间均分。
3. 调解使用的语言为英语。 
4. 调解的角色是搭建桥梁，应该由双方自行讨论/协商/找到中间立场。

接下来怎么办

1. 调解人会确认收到调解请求，并会提交预付款请求。 
2. 调解会在调解人收到预付款后开始。 
3. 标准的调解过程包括与您和Booking.com的一些互动：
   • 与Booking.com通话并了解投诉详情
   • 与您通话并了解投诉详情
   • 一个包括您和Booking.com的三方通话来讨论投诉及其情况

常见问题及解答

问题1：如果我不能用英语很自如地表达怎么办？ 

回答1：您可以使用翻译。

问题2：如果我和我的住宿不在欧洲经济区内，是否还可以发起调解？

回答2：当前情况，只有位于欧洲经济区内的投诉才可以使用调解。

问题3：什么时候可以发起调解？ 

回答3：在处理投诉的整个过程中，您可以随时发起调解。 

问题4：如果我们无法达成一致怎么办？ 

回答4：调解人会帮助促进讨论并努力达成共识。如果双方都感到在努力解决投诉的过程中压力很大，则可以添加额外的调解会议。 

问题5：额外调解会议是否需要额外付费？

We are one of the accommodation partners of Booking.com and we would like to start a mediation with them.We are starting this mediation in regards of complaint .......... (complaint ID).We understand this works as follows:

• The mediation will consist of two separate intake meetings (1 hour each) and one joint meeting (2 hours).The fixed fee for this mediation process is set on € 997.50 per party, excluding VAT. 
• We have read the mediation protocol, the framework agreement signed by Booking.com and ReulingSchutte (annex 2 of the mediation protocol), the general terms of ReulingSchutte (annex 3 of the mediation protocol), the MfN (“Mediatorsfederatie Nederland”) Rules and Code of Conduct (annex 1 of the mediation protocol) and the mediation statement (annex 4 of the mediation protocol).We agree that the mediation will be based on those documents.
• The participant(s) of the mediation on behalf of .......... (name and entity of the accommodation partner) shall be .......... (name/names) and contact details (email address and telephone number) of the participants. 

Please send us the invoice of € 997.50 excluding VAT.Subsequently payment will be effected in order to start the mediation as soon as possible.The invoice can be sent to ..........(address/e-mail address) with reference .......... (internal reference for invoicing])and purchase number .......... (purchase number if applicable).
