yes there is an option in the calendar where you can limit the check-in on particular days but the danger is that you will risk missing out on opportunities!
have you set up the calendar correctly?

As far as I am aware, the cleaning fee which you set up in the policies, is not included in the price and you need to collect directly. Careful with this as 9 out of 10 times it will come as a surprise to your guests even if you have it in the T&Cs!
go to booking.com admin portal and select property > property layout
on the italian version it should be struttura > informazzjone sull allogio > modifica
Just to add on a seperate but related note ... it would be nice for owners to be able to rate guests! this I think is an important missing feature.
