it will never sync in real time. Get a channel manager to sort it out properly.

 

all these other issues are easily and quick to resolve once you ring partner support , see below.

 

start small get it all working first before you try to sync, in mean time manually block between the 2 OTAs, then invest in a Channel Manager like:

 

syncbnb

cloudbeds

nobeds

beds24

etc.

always get the deposit from the time the booking is made and a time limit of minimum 24h , so say 3 days if not a last minute booking for example

Hi Louise

 

anyone attempting to use more than one OTA and no Channel Manager is a recipie for disaster.

 

examples :

syncbnb.com;  beds24; cloud beds; nobeds etc.

 

 

It happens because you dont have a realtime sync with BdC calendar.

something external has to initiate it and on a frequent basis.
