Delbert Adair

I own and operate a vacation rental in Pinetop, Arizona. I have been into family history most of my life. My dad's side of the family is from Pinetop. I have always loved the area and hoped to own a home there someday. While looking at homes for sale in 2007, one caught our eyes. When my wife liked what she saw my dream became a reality and we bought our cabin in May 2007.

I'm using the Captain's suggestion to thank guests for leaving reviews. So, thank you for leaving the comments. They all had good points. When I do get a negative review I'm going to try and use it to my advantage.

We had more snow last winter than usual. My driveway was blocked. It took a little manpower to clear it. That's not the end of the world, is it?

The orange juice looks fantastic. It's not just coffee and tea. At Adair Springs Cabin in Pinetop, Arizona we received a late snow fall. Here it's hot chocolate on the front deck.

I don't have air conditioning either. Property is at an elevation 7075 feet. I do list that on my description. Great suggestion for tickbox on cooling, however.
