While I can sympathise, you have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this. You do need to contact help team if you have a problem with an invoice. Did a guest cancel with you but not do it on the booking.com system?

Check under Extranet, Finance - Getting paid. This will show the terms that booking.com pay you. If only monthly you possibly won't get paid until 15 September.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this. In future you need to go into the Reservation and click 'Request to cancel' and then guest confirms. That way you don't have to sort out invoice invoices.

go into the Reservation, then click 'Request to cancel'. The guest confirms and it comes back to you.
