You don’t. Just ignore it. Their system is absolutely trash and they tell people that they have invoices due even though it’s already taken. I don’t understand how a company making so much money can be so bad but perhaps they make money from people double paying them all the time
Same here. If they’re not invoicing me for payments I don’t need to pay since it’s already deducted, they’re now showing that a payment is on hold for outstanding $0. Their whole system is a joke. They get so much money but can’t do the simplest of things correctly.
Hey Scott. Yeah I just had to upload more photos. Seems to be some kind of bug on their end. Everything with booking.com seems so clunky compared to Airbnb. I'm still waiting for my listing to go live after 2 weeks now too..

The line just goes dead here for New Zealand support. Booking.com is abysmal compared to Airbnb
I've been waiting for 3 weeks now and I havent heard anything from the booking.com staff as to the progress of it being verified.
