4 payouts sent in July and august not received! Got 3 payments after that but now they’ve stopped! Nothing this week
I’m owed thousands now it’s saying technical issue due to my bank details, but you’ve sent payout for my other property?! When are you giving another update! I’ve been told to be patient but this has been going on for 2 months now! I’m taking legal action today this has gone far enough!
Recent Weekly payouts for the passed 3 weeks have been coming, but no payout yesterday as there was an issue and I need to update my bank details! Funny as this was a large amount to include some of the missing payments
Has this happened to anyone else? Is anyone taking legal action? I’ve put in a complaint to booking.com but they haven’t even responded!

I contacted financial ombudsman they said I should contact citizens advice which I will do when I find time!
I’ve had my 2 latest payouts sent but not the 4 payouts prior first one on 18th July apparently sent but not received in my bank account! Nearly £7k owed
I contacted all my guest booked in this month to cancel and book direct with me instead, let’s see how booking.com responds to that!
I’ve received my 2 latest payouts from booking.com but the 4 payouts before that apparently they’ve sent but not received in my bank account, was told by message just now that they were sent and to contact my bank, which I have and they confirm nothing has been received! Just messaged the finance team to tell them I’ve not received my 4 payouts from 18th July till middle of august to receive an automated message telling me how payouts are received! Bloody joke!! Nearly £8k owed to me! I will be seeking compensation for the stress and time

I waited 7weejs for my payout for one property
I switched to bank transfer for my second property at the very start of July and the 4 payments they say they’ve sent haven’t been received!
