I am owner of Le Balcon des Jasses, a Bed and Breakfast in South west France. I start in 2002, and grow slowly to what I have to day.I love good Quality and clean, modern and good life.
I love cooking, and I offer my visitor a 5 course dinner, and the Best wine. And Im cooking almost every day. Breakfast are with home made bread, waffle be made when people eat, I make a boiled egg, fresh fruit, fresh Orange juice from press, and a seleccion Yogurt, Muesli, and of course coffe tea..........

I do not use Booking.com for payment, have own terminal.
If booking less than 7 days before arriving, charge 50%.
If no show I charge 100% (but not tourist tax)
I will properly give a Credit note for up to a year if people don't show up.
Now I prepare, (training my self) for my wedding party in 7 days..Grrrrrrrrrr

You are right, and I believe, the booking I have, people forgot to cancel. I have booked this month from the UK,
But if I cancel, I will not get paid.
(Do I follow Booking.com's policy?)

I'm nervous, very, I prepare every room the best I can, follow our government's guidelines, and invest lots of money on the new "kind of Chambre d' Hotes, Table d' Hotes life"

Hand sanitizer, in all rooms, and an entrance. gloves, slippers, extra cower in bedding and on the mattress, mask, and person protections to our self.
Normal our breakfast is a Buffet, it will be lots more work, and expensive to make breakfast for one and one. Attestation in every guest room is disinfected.
We charge cleaning/disinfection fee 4€ per person per night..
What will you do? Im happy to get a response. At the moment we are not allowed to open, but I have booking from 15. Mai.
