My exact worry as I had my first booking a no show and didn't cancel and now two more bookings and I cannot charge a 50% deposit and other sites can't book either so I am worried and will need to cancel with Booking.com if this continues.

Please give advice on prepayments in order to secure bookings - it is setup but the system keeps telling me I need to obtain the deposit from guests and cannot cancel the booking if they do not pay the required pre booking fee - how does this work?
