I have of course done that! Nearly every day for 3 months I have either emailed or telephoned! As you would have seen if you had looked at my extranet inbox. Nothing but stock answers and sympathy - neither of which elevate my financial pain or personal anxiety

I can totally sympathise.. I had a very similar situation between Booking.com and Airbnb.. They tried to put the blame on me too.
Subsequently they have not paid me my income for the past three months. I simply cannot get through to Credit Control directly.
I have sent in excess of 20 emails, and probably called even more often, but without any help being offered and all emails are replied with automated responses.
