If they are paying you then its fine or else you'll be in a situation like me, they are not even replying to messages send through Extra-net & upon calling they'll answer that we cannot do anything its system error, we'll check with the superior & let you know. Really *** these Booking.com team.

Hello Katerinka,

Don't get to the conclusion with half knowledge, as per Payments by Booking.com feature they must settle all the payments for the check out of the month by 15th of the next month.

Here the case is open & clear as guest check-in dec last week & check-out first week of the Jan 3- 4 resp. so they supposed to pay us by 15th Feb as they had already collected the payments from Guests in Dec itself as our rates were Non-refundable for New year time.

They had pay me partial amount saying it was system error when I had notified I got short payments to them, Now they know its their Mistake still they dont want to rectify it & let me suffer.

This Is Booking.com service they provide to partners

Yup the same feature they introduce in Mid of Dec 2018 for the first month Means Dec Check-outs they settle the payments on 15th Jan, but Jan Check-outs they only paid me partially & now they scrap these feature from 18th Feb 2019.

These seems they introduce these feature to Cheat their partners, As they have to pay us money & Hold partial money so that we can offer some promotions to guests at very low rates & adjust that amount against their commission, such a cheap & low class thinking from them.

Now if that unpaid amount I have to adjust against their commission I have to wait for complete year to Offset my amount.

So please beware of these Frauds, even they'll not entertain you once the ball is in their court. Hope you understand. Wrote them several times even called to their Credit Control team nothing positive response from them.

Hello Sir,

I had already wrote & spoke to the credit controllers of our country (Mitali, Credit Controller /Omkar, Finance/Tax guy) & they are really helpless, seems they are doing nothing but showcasing they'll be awaiting discussion with their team leader Ms Pamela.

Hoping for the best by crossing fingers & thanks for your suggestions I'll try that too.

Hi Aaltje,

They are replying as if they are making favor to me while communicating to me (written "as a Goodwill gesture we have issue credit Note" which is not my requirement nor I asked for), first they mis-calculate the Tax which I notified them initially later on they deducted my payments, upon asking saying its a system error and upon asking for solutions saying "we are helpless we can only provide you credit note" So I charge them with cheating & did it deliberately to harass partners as they dont want to rectify their mistakes even after I have notified & complained about the same.

I called them more than 4-5 times saying their Team Leader on leave will back on last Monday so that they can revert back after checking with her, when I called them today still same answer she'll be back next monday now & while transferring the call from one colleague to other I listen to their voice they were whispering "Oh its a call from Nhanji House again"

I have ask them to provide me the contact details of the person who can resolve my problem but they dont want to share any details, If you got any contact details of Chief head office director contact details please share so that I can write to him & let him know atleast, how un-professional they have hired in their team & try to resolve my issues.

Yes they have started Cheating their partners, I'm also one of the victim, they pay me short amount upon asking why paid short, they saying its a system error & din't pay remaining till now, issued credit note which I cannot used as My amount is big & I dont have any future bookings from Booking.com, when called them started giving rubbish answers & lies.

Hope somebody looking into these seriously, I thought Booking.com is good company and Honest, but got very bad Experienced from them

Payments by Booking.com is initiated to cheat the Partners, I'm one of the victims of the same, First they paid me short amount, after notifying their mistakes now they are not ready to settle my amount instead writting me by saying as if they are making favour & issue a credit note which is not useful for me. I want my Amount to be paid into my Bank A/c but team is harrassing me by saying its not possible as per their rules. Un-professionalism clearly seen from their communication with calculating GST, making payments etc. One team can decide on the matter they claim & she is on Leave since past 10-15 days & surprisingly nobody we'll look after her duties they saying, even lies whenever ask them when she resume the duties.

Even for Booking.com mistake they'll make their partners suffer & harrass, didn't expect these things from Booking.com atleast.

Awaiting for justice to me.
