We use the fine print section to detail this, but on the booking.com website it's about 4 pages at the bottom and no customer has ever read this far down. Even when we point it out to them they complain that it was hidden and we have to explain over and over again, that we have no control over how Booking.com represents us and that we've asked Booking.com to fix this for years without any updates.
