Hi Admin As a very large company can you not negotiate with credit card companies to charge less then they do for processing YOUR business MasterCard's.Why does a guest paying you up front have to impact on the business owners having to pay very high handling charges.
What are your policies? If they are that if a guest NO SHOWS then they will be charged the full amount so you keep all the money, if you only charge the first night then you must refund the remaining balance back to the virtual card
Because you are not accepting any type of cards you must take payment from the guest on arrival.failure to do so leaves you open to guest leaving your property without making payment to you.
